**please note our cancellation policy**
we have a STRICT 12hr cancellation policy for group sessions
& a 24hr cancellation policy for private sessions.
It is your responsibility to cancel if you cannot make the session or you will either be charged for the session (full rate) or you will lose the session if you have a class pack with us.
We respectfully ask that you honour this - we dedicate a lot of time & care to you as our client
& all we just ask that you respect our time.
