Movement Analysis Session (Normal)
60minute consult: Through exercises, testing, and activation methods Lauren will determine the best plan for you moving forward to get the most out of your training.
**THIS IS ALWAYS YOUR FIRST SESSIONS**
Movement Analysis Session (Dancer)
60minute consult: Analyse of your body through testing and movement practise from your profession. This will identify any imbalances or potential movement patterns which may hinder you currently or in the future. This is helpful for the dancer in order to improve weakness or imbalances, efficiency, global strength, flexibility, and as a prevention for injury.
Private Pilates (Reformer 1-on-1)
Following an initial consult, Lauren creates a progressive plan for your weekly or fortnightly sessions. Taking into account your goals, mindset, and her assessment of what your body needs.
This is a 45minute session (unless you require otherwise)
Warning: HIGHLY ADDICTIVE
can also be matwork
Private Stretch Session (1-on-1)
This can be towards a particular goal OR just a full body stretch.
45-60mins depending on your desire.
Think: rotation, lengthening, neural gliding, and finish it off with a squish massage - our favourite! yum!
